I Just Placed An Order, When Will It Ship?

Remember, every order is made to order, we do not pre-stock.

Please allow us 5-7 days to create your order and get it ready to ship.

We usually use DHL Express Delivery. Once we send your order for shipping and obtain a tracking number we will notify you of this. 

How Long Is The Shipping Time?

• Average transit times to the United States: 7-14 Business days
• Average transit times to International: 7-14 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

All in all, you should receive your order within 14 business days of you placing it with us.
