We offer a range of neon designs, as well as a customisation tool, enabling you to tailor your own bright ideas, allowing for a truly personal creation.

2. Choose the correct plug to match the socket of your region.

3. Please allow up to 14 days for us to create and deliver your lights. Remember - we make everything to order - your lights aren't sitting gathering dust!

4. There is a one year warranty on your order.

5. All products are quality tested before leaving our premises.

6. Enjoy a remote dimmer controller included with every order - allowing you to adjust the brightness of your lights from the comfort of your chair, helping you achieve the perfect ambience.

7. If you receive your item and it is faulty, you can return it for a refund or working replacement. You must cover the cost for the return delivery.

8. Lights that you have personally customised on our site are not refundable or exchangeable.
